Location Guide

A big part of your shoot involves choosing your location. To help, I’ve curated a list of gorgeous places that are photo-friendly and fun to explore. The location you choose will determine the backdrop of your photo. Choose the place that calls to you.

Maryland is rich in parks and gardens. If the outdoors calls to you then this is perfect!

Does the city call to you? Tell your story using the city as your backdrop.

The City

Fed Hill

A Baltimore staple. This location has a park and the city skyline as your backdrop so you get the best of both worlds. Take a short walk to explore the charming neighborhoods and shops as an added bonus.

Harbor East

Chic city buildings with waterfront views. This area has a great selection of upscale trendy shops and has views of the harbor and nearby park.

Fells Point

Adjacent to Harbor East but is known for its old world charm, cobble stone streets and beautiful harbor views. Fells Point boast tons of local boutiques and local artists.

Mt. Vernon

This historic yet elegant area offers amazing views of the Washington monument as well as cobble stone streets, small parks, large fountains and beautifully preserved buildings.

Garage Rooftop

Despite being in the city, this garage rooftop located at the Rotunda is so serene. This setting acts as a blank space meaning all the focus will be on you!

John Hopkin Plaza

A large plaza in the heart of the city surrounded by tall buildings. It offers tons of space and city scenery,

Outdoors

Sherwood Gardens

One of Baltimore’s best hidden gems. This private garden is the most beautiful in spring with tulips galore.

Cylburn Arboretum

This is one of my most visited parks and for good reason. This location is full of well kept vegetation and includes so many things like plants, flowers, a mansion, fields, trails and a greenhouse.

Druid Hill Park

Baltimores most known park is perfect for open fields. It is currently under partial renovation for the reservoir.

Jerusalem Mills

A beautiful location known for its large open fields, woodsy trails, barn and Millers House.

Patterson Park

This park is located in the heart of the city. It features wild open fields, a pond and a beautiful pagoda.

Gwynns Falls Trails

This serene trail provides the perfect coverage of trees making it perfect any time of day.
